My name is Yin Thong and I grew up in a small village in Vietnam with the rich tastes and flavors of my ancestors. As a young woman I moved
to Hong Kong and was fprtunate enough to experience Chinese food beyond comparison. Sixteen years ago, when I first came to this country, I began to miss
the richness and freshness of the food from home—a cuisine I had grown to love. It has been a dream of mine to bring
the flavors home with me, and through Bambú I aspire to do just that.
With the fusion of a traditional dish and progressive tastes, Bambú brings more than just fine lines to the table.
Yes, the menu items may seem familiar, but they have a different taste—better and fresher. We shop at local markets,
and use only the Twin Cities’ premiere food distributors. You will walk away feeling good because we select the freshest
and highest quality ingredients, and we take pride in our recipes. We put our heart into every meal through our cooking
and our services so that your experience at Bambú is one that you will not soon forget.
